It’s recommended to use a box that’s slightly larger than the device to allow for sufficient cushioning.

    Step 2: Include Your Details

    The next step to mail in your cell phone for repair is to place a piece of paper in the box. Ensure that the paper has your Name, Email, Phone number, Return Address, and a brief description of the problem you’re experiencing with the device. This information will help us create a new service ticket for your device repair.

    Step 3: Shipping Your Device

    Once your device is securely packaged, send it to our service center. We recommend using a courier service that offers tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.

    Step 4: Repair Estimate

    Upon receipt of your device, we will create a new ticket and send you a text message and email with your ticket number. Our team will inspect your device and provide an estimate for the repair within 1-3 days in most cases.

    Step 5: Repair Approval

    If you approve the estimate, we will begin the repair process. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, we will send your device back to you. Regardless of your decision, you will now have a clear understanding of the issue with your device.

    Step 6: Payment

    Once the repair is complete, we will notify you to make payment via Zelle or PayPal. Please note that the client is responsible for the return shipping cost, whether the device is repaired or not.
