Our engineers follow high quality standards in their work, and solid experience lets them finish common repairs quickly: phone screen, battery and charging port repairs usually take 30–60 minutes.

How a repair works

1. Book with the form below or call 929-810-1155. Walk-ins are welcome, and booking holds your spot.
2. We inspect the device. The diagnostic is $75 standard or $99 advanced, and it goes toward the repair if you decide to fix it.
3. We repair it at the store. Phone screens, batteries and charging ports usually take 30–60 minutes.
4. Not in New York? Send your device by mail.

Warranty

• iPhone OLED screen replacements: 12-month limited warranty.
• Most other repairs: 30-day limited warranty.
• LCD screens and water damage repairs: no warranty.
